Customer service was great. Good selection of toys. Unfortunately I always but the Fluff and Tuff toys because they are so durable,but my dog was able to tear the tail off the chipmunk within a day of having it.

It is sad that this toy did not last long for your dog. All plush dog toys are not made the same and it takes time to get the right one, especially based on their chewing pattern. Every time I have come in the store I have been greeted with friendly and knowledgeable people willing to assist with any questions I might have. I recommend this store to many people and enjoy the experience. My dog loves the staff❣️
