I've been shopping at Pet People for several years now. From my first encounter w/ Anna, who took such good care of me, to many shopping trips since then, the staff at this store- Amy, Olivia (& others, who's names I can't remember) have all provided excellent service. They are welcoming, friendly, & actually have product knowledge. I can't see myself shopping anywhere else for my cats' needs.
