I had a 6-mo Comfort Care inspection/service/cleaning performed by your Technician Rhett Rives. I cannot say enough about his extraordinary level of professionalism, courtesy, and care - I felt he treated my house as he would his own. Very informative, taking the necessary time to ensure I understood his recommendations. He was the epitome of an excellent employee - Holtzman is lucky to have him!!!

From the first phone call answered by a friendly knowledgeable voice, to a skilled experienced service man Joey coming promptly to try to fix my air conditioning issues, with recommendations to solve our broken unit, to Josh the manager driving an hour to come to help us get a working air conditioning unit in a timely fashion in 92 degree heat, I couldn’t ask for better diagnosing, polite and professional service by Holtzman.
