I had wanted my mom to have a new set of gas logs and the availability of powering a generator she has wanted for a long time. Once I learned that Holtzman Propane had a office in Verona I went by to make it happen. Christie was very helpful and helped me to pick out a log set that would be perfect for her fireplace. We have been customers with Holtzman Propane for over a year, and their service team is absolutely outstanding! Every technician that comes as part of their maintenance program or for service is very knowledgeable and helpful. Rhett Rives recently came out and not only did he do all the maintenance, he also gave some great suggestions for thermostat options that we were looking into. Rhett was very professional, efficient, and knowledgeable on all our heating and propane questions. A true 5 star service experience!
Aaron called before arriving on time. The tanks were to be placed in the backyard, which sloped down, requiring extra effort moving heavy tanks. He was precise, constantly checking to confirm that the blocks snd tank were level. Pleasant through the entire process, Aaron represented his company extremely well!
Holtzman has been great setting us up and making sure things work. Thanks to Stacy for assisting with our set up. Safety check was performed by Aaron and he was great explaining the process. He was patient with providing the info.
Very knowledgeable and exceptionally friendly staff. Kristen was amazing, quick and efficient. The nice technician that came to my house was very knowledgeable and friendly as well, and was in and out in 30 minutes. Highly recommend.
