I had hoped to handle my complaints regarding the poor care my grandmother received privately, however, my recent calls have gone unanswered and without return, therefore, posting publicly is now my only option. My grandmother was under your hospice care for only eight days, yet, I have more than eight grievances. To start, we were promised a “parade of people” referring to social work, aids, nurses, etc which were supposed to be standard. I had to request the social worker. very unprofessional.had me in tears when this certain nurse left my home.she made me feel anything but cared for and loved.dont hire these people

I'm reading these reviews and think they must be solicited or from employees!! I've never seen a more dysfunctional hospice team. They drop the ball every chance they get, and are full of excuses. Do not use them!
