Agent Gina Knowles, deliberately sold me a home that not only failed to adhere to the listed completed work on the sellers contract but also concealed black mold in the basement, despite the contract stating it was waterproofed. When I asked for the waterproofing contract, she simply provided me with a phone number of the company who denied any waterproofing.
