We had a VERY tight timetable, and Jess got our house under contract within a week with $9k over asking price! She made the whole transaction happen so seamlessly. Selling your home isn’t supposed to be stress-free, but Jess certainly made it feel that way. Agent Gina Knowles, deliberately sold me a home that not only failed to adhere to the listed completed work on the sellers contract but also concealed black mold in the basement, despite the contract stating it was waterproofed. When I asked for the waterproofing contract, she simply provided me with a phone number of the company who denied any waterproofing.
