They provide constant follow up throughout the entire process. I was blown away by their installers Keith and his son Tristan. They were always on time and worked diligently to install our floors in a timely manner. They cleaned up at the end of each day and their workmanship was top notch! This company and their workers put the PRO in professional!!!

Dwight was such a Honor and pleasure to have do the measurements and install. he was professional and very thorough. the company also offered excellent work they truly are worth the price. the did a amazing job taking on our 1800s house. I would use them again. we had a few windows from window nation a few years ago done horrible. the ones that you had used and install look 10x better quality and fitment. thank you again we will def do business again.

So pleased !!! I just had Meryl for the last 2 weeks off and on working hard at our HUGE shower renovation. He was very precise and dedicated on each task (tiling the floor,mosaic accent piece, grouting and was a very hard dedicated worker.. He worked very hard from the time he would arrive and completed each task ... please pass this onto him and again we are very very satisfied :)..
Jeff Martin came to measure and install the new carpet.on our stairs. He was exactly on time each visit. The job turned out even better than we expected. Jeff left everything nice and clean. I would definitely use Home Improvement Outlet again.
I purchased 3 HMI exterior doors from the Home Improvment Outlet. Greg/Troy made the purchasing and ordering of the doors simple and easy. Everything was ordered correctly and just what I was expecting. Dwight installed them and did a great job from start to finish. If you want to replace your exterior doors with a high quality product that will last a long time look no further than Home Improvement Outlet!!
