Leaf Guard installed their patented gutters and downspouts some years ago, and we were quite happy with the product, the installers, the estimator, and the office staff. recently, we have had Leaf Guard do some roofing work for us. An installer arrived a couple of weeks ago and replaced a small roof area. I had a concern about one aspect of the job. Another installer came out to remedy the problem and, as a result, we are perfectly satisfied with the job Leaf Guard did for us.
Excellent experience and performance so far on our new Leaf Guard gutters. From the initial meeting with the sales rep the process, product and pricing was very straight forward. They aren't the least expensive, but I am impressed with the quality of the product and professional installation.

Had a very substandard gutter install done with shingle damage, uneven and bowed gutters, bad cleanup and several roof nails left behind. Took a month after complaint for partial repair and then I found several roof nails and over 40 sheetmetal screws scattered in the rock of my driveway. Sent paid statement for tire repair today.

We had Leaf Guard Gutters installed in January. The order was not right as they had crossed off one of the gutters on "THEIR" copy of the order blank. It was right on our order. When called to attention, the guys did put up the gutter after calling someone at the company. When doing the garage, the salesperson had figured in redoing the soffit that he thought had rotted BUT it was not rotted. I asked about getting compensated for that but they said they couldn't since the (above) gutter was basically "free". There is still o... read more
