Recommendedall of the Office Staff and Maintence are always friendly and they help to resolve issues right away. The Maintence team resolves work orders right away which is very much appreciated!

Recommendedfor the most part yes I recommend homesuites as a starter apartment. maintenance is very polite and always fixes anything needed quickly. They have a little fenced area for your dog(s) a pool, bbq area, and laundry facility. The only downfall is I lived here 3 years ago (and now currently back) and they still don't have all of the washers fully functioning. As of now only 1 white washer works and 1 small silver washer(which costs more and holds a smaller load) one of the 2 biggest dryers does not dry your clothes fully so yo... read more
RecommendedThe current staff seems nice and Robert, the head of maintenance is awesome! Close to shopping and to every fast food joint in the world and the bus line is right there as well.

RecommendedIt's nice being able to start over in a place with a nice atmosphere. The price is okay, but not great. Also i could do without the landscapers on Saturday morning.
Good rates and clean units. It is also a good neighborhood.

Staff is clearly just going through the motions. Apartments are under constant maintenance. I have seen rats and bedbugs in just my short two year span. Rather than calling an exterminator they just nailed a board over the mouse hole and let me listen to rats scratching at the board until they died. I have had ovens that were not working during move in, rude and incompetent staff. It seems the only way to get things accomplished here is to write poor reviews and show anger. If you are thinking of moving here, DO NOT.
