This Staff marks the difference! Wow! The experience here has been nothing more than amazing! Especially the Office Personnel and the Maintenance Team are both outstanding! Carlos is very attentive and works hard, and Jose is exceptional in everything he does! He is genuinely attentive and thorough, ensuring all residences are in pristine condition, that any concerns are taken care of in a timely manner, and that everyone is completely satisfied. E-NEEDLE is the best Alterations place HANDS DOWN!!! Wilmis did an amazing job on my dress. Took it in to perfection and inserted hooks to the back of my dress to connect the cape. I received nothing but compliments all night. Wilmis, you are truly the best barnone. Although this is my 2nd time comimg. I'm definitely coming back with more. Great service. nice and polite save me a ton of money and time highly recommended. answered a bunch of my questions. explaining the repairs each step along the way. the cheapest estimate I got was over $2,000. I reached out to Dent Pro and they came to my business while I was working, and Removed my Dent and I had a huge scratch that he removed. all within a hour! I couldn't believe it. and it was cheaper than my insurance deductible. so I didn't have to go through my insurance.
