Tour was informative and interesting. Had a tasting at the end of the tour. All the samples were exceptional. I don't usually like gin but the Purple Sage Gin was really good. The Smoked Single Malt was fantastic but the Bottled in Bond is superlative. Not on the menu but see if you can get the Superstition cocktail.
Expertly balanced flavors in a warm environment!
The broth is delicious! Never had tonkotsu miso ramen before & had to try it. So glad I did.
