Im very impressed by the Chef Julio & the kitchen staf for coming out to teach us about their specialities there.
This is the best BBQ i found in the area. I've tried all of the BBQ establishments surrounding FT. Novosel and The Smoke Ring is hands down the best. The flavors and moisture of the meats are remarkable! You won't be disappointed.
I had the ribs that were requested by a friend. I'm also from Central Texas and the ribs are a perfect 5 star. They don't need any sauce for they're very flavorful from the cooking. The worst thing about the location is.....they're closed on Sunday.
