Although I appreciate what yelp cam do to share experiences, I feel like it can punish a business for a one-off experience or to empower the people of the world who have an overreaction to what they preceive to be a personal slight. It would b e better if customers felt they received a bad experience they gave places a second chance or updated old reviews.
