It was the first time that I had my oven and extractor hood cleaned along with carpets and my Dyson cleaner. Everything went well and I am very impressed with the way my ovens and extractor fan have come up. My only complaint is that I did not get a approximate or actual time for the arrival of Philip and I'm sure you usually give me a call previous to their arrival.
