George was professional and friendly. Called to give at least half an hour before arriving and communicated various points during the service and afterwards. He told me about the company’s various services without the hard sell but kindly and confidently spoke about the advantage of using their extended services. Thank you George.

Great service I would highly recommend homecare to others. Very efficient service the engineer arrived within 48 hours. The engineer was very polite. He explained the fault on the dishwasher to me and the next steps to having it repaired. Very happy customer.

Once the spare parts were delivered an appointment for the repair was arranged quickly. The repair was explained to me, and it was carried out efficiently, and the utility room was left clean and tidy.
Wayne communicated very well with me as he was given the wrong information regarding my oven clean, I did ask for after 1pm, unfortunately Wayne wasn’t given this information and he was told I was the first call of the day. He couldn’t apologise enough but at least he was done before I went out. Communication is the key. Thank you Wayne
