Dan arrived a little later than expected but apologised and got straight on. He cleaned and serviced the vacuum carefully and explained which parts were still available and which were obsolete. He demonstrated the cleaner he was carrying in great detail but put no pressure on me. He was very good with a nervous dog and a good conversationalist. I was very happy with the whole experience.
