John the engineer was very thorough, answering any questions I had and was polite and knowledgeable . Also fitted a carbon monoxide detector as we didn't have one. 10/10

Gary was very personably. He did a very thorough job which I have not always had. Explained clearly and in easy terms that I could understand about the policy covering white goods and boiler, which was far cheaper than my present policy. I would highly recommend this young man.
