Very nice man checked everything explained all working well. Grill was cooking faster at the back because it was hanging lower than the front couldn't fasten it back up because the fixing hole was to large.

Your engineer Dave Robertson called today to clean my double oven and service the washing machine. He was very efficient and I am delighted with the work he carried out not to mention the fact that he made no mess whatsoever in the kitchen. This gentleman is a credit to your company.
