Very easy to arrange and I was able to get an appointment through Jan very quickly. John, the heating engineer who serviced the boiler, was really knowledgeable and answered all of the questions that I had regarding the boiler and ways to ensure it continues to run as efficiently as possible.

Jesse was friendly and efficient. He performed the service of my vacuum cleaners quickly and tidily. He explained the respective lifespan of my current machines and was very good at explaining about the replacement plan. There was no hard sell and I felt confident in the decision I made
