Phoebe, I have purchased home warranties on about 5 houses in the past on the recommendation of realtors. Not one has ever honored a claim. I have been put off, hung up on, referred to rules and policies etc. In short I have lost trust and faith in any company that sells warranties. However, you have restored my faith. Home Membership has been so great to me! I’m a first time home owner and I had my washing machine broke they took their time in helping me and allowing me to buy a new one. Their response is fast and customer service is brilliant. This week during the COVD-19 pandemic my microwave went out, they WTE so kind in waving any deductible fee and allowing me to get a new once since it was not fixable. We have used this company for our home warranty for almost three years now. Unfortunately we have had to use it many times, but each time it has been a breeze. Phoebe is always quick to respond to phone calls and emails. This warranty has been worth every penny and we will continue with their services.

home membership has been great for us every time we have used them. This time was a little more difficult because they got rid of the phone lines and everything is via email. But overall our issue was taken care of and we are happy. Would recommend to friends. Please bring back phone lines though. A lot easier and effective talking to someone personally.

My air conditioner went out and they connected me with a repair company within hours. Home Membership even covered the cost of my hotel stay during my wait for the repairman to show up as it went out over the weekend. In every instance I’ve requested maintenance, they’ve always responded quickly and provided the best service from the nicest people.

My air conditioner went out and I am so happy I had this company as my warranty provider. They had someone out the same day and had me up and running again with in 2 hours. They also followed up with me to make sure everything went smoothly. My policy is up next month and I will be renewing it as soon as I can.
