I had my garage door remote not working. They sent technician promptly and he changed it same day. Very pleased with service. The service fee a bit high as it shot up from $75 to $100 but it is worth.

Great company and very professional staff. My water heater stopped working and they acted with promptness to solve the problem. I got the new water heater the same day and my refund in three days. Special thanks to Beau Scott who personally help me to solve the problem.

At 7 p.m. Friday night, my Hot water Heater had a Catastrophic Failure. Both Beau & Phoebe came to our rescue on Next steps and to assure us that they would help us every step of the way and went Above & Beyond to make sure we were taken care of in getting ours replaced! Way to go Home Membership on your Quality Customer Service!

Home Membership did an amazing job working with my husband and I when we discovered a leak in our crawl space. Covered most of the cost and were very available and excellent about answering all our first time home owner questions.

Our A/C wasn’t working correctly when we moved into our house. But, HomeMembership sent out T K Heating & Air & they fixed the job immediately. Tim was extremely knowledgeable & very pleasant with my fiancé & I. We will definitely use them again if we have any other issues in the future. I would give their service a 10/10!
