Terrible company. Would leave 0 stars if I could. First off, no phone number to contact anyone and some of their employees have a condescending tone when replying to try to appeal a denied claim which they apparently don’t do. Long story short, a water heater was partially paid to be replaced through this warranty company and even though my hvac system had the same description the warranty refused to pay the claim even though no repair was listed being needed at that time but it was marked needed repairs from the inspectors... read more

Home Membership did not disappoint. Made a claim this morning with Erin for a hot water heater not working . Durbin plumbing contacted me within an hour and was fixed by 2 PM.!! thank you Troy and Erin for always providing protection for what matters most!! Beau

Very hard to be reimbursed. They are ant very specific things on invoices that most companies don’t do. What they claim is the cost of things is about an 1/8 of what it actually costs so you really don’t get much back. I won’t be renewing.

A total rip off for 2023. Finding you own company to service and Paying for parts and labor and waiting on reimbursement after paying a year membership is crazy.

My service representative for Home Membership was named Erin and unfortunately the experience I received was awful. I like any other customer, submitted a ticket when my Air Condition unit was not working. While I am still an Active Duty service member that still serves in the Army and have served our nation in far worse environments, my family was not adapting well even though to 90 degree temperature in my home. I purchased 8 different fans that were placed going throughout the house while looking to resolve this issue. ... read more
