This is the second time in one year that we've used HomePlus Mortgage on a home purchase. Jonathan Rhode was extremely responsive, from getting us an approval and documentation on a weekend so we could get a bid on a home in through the closing. He helped us through a bad appraisal and found a perfect loan for our unique needs. I recommended to a friend and he also helped her do a refinance where others could not. HomePlus understands the unique needs of each borrower and works really hard to find loan program that fits.
James Rotta is the man! From beginning to end, he was there to help, answer all my questions, and gladly stepped in and resolved a couple of hiccups in the loan process.
