I highly recommend you do not use Homestead Windows treatments The communication with the salesperson is horrible. I had to beg her to either call me back or to answer any of my emails. They requested a 75 percent deposit in order to start the order. They also would like cash. They would give a 4 percent discount. My husband tried to negotiate to at least accept a 50. I do not recommend them at all!
This is the worst place you can choose, I make an order with them, the installation was two months later, since they were installed a window isn’t working, we call them , we write them many times, their customer services is really bad, they don't even answer your calls. I’m waiting for three months and they never sent anyone, we still waiting. Now they don’t answer our calls. Please don’t choose them.
Did not install what I wanted and took no responsibility for their error
