Many areas of my yard were not touched. After the rain I asked you to come but I was not on the schedule. I understand the terrible hot summer and no rain is a problem. You have all of the messages. I couldn't be home but Mike was only here around 15 minutes according to the text letting me know he was on his way and this text when he was done. My neighbor confirmed that. I hate to be a pain but I'm not happy.
Crabgrass and weeds and overall look of lawn is bit improved from when I cared for it myself.
The man did not do my complete yard I watch him on my camara and it was raining the treatment does not do any good it wash off the grass you will need to come back when it not raining please do not send that man that came today thank you !
You treated my neighbors yard instead of mine . I believe this is the third time this has happened. Our house number is on the mailbox and above the front door. No excuse for this .
Meck Gerard did a great job for the application process. There were very few weeds and crabgrass throughout the year. I give Meck gets 5 stars for his work. The one star is for the aeration. The guy who did the aeration ran over and destroyed two small trees that I had planted in April 2023. There is a three-foot radius of mulch around each tree, so the trees should have been avoided. Great Service and communication by MIKE MARINELLI 5/25/23. Very polite and helpful, sent me Text the night before and explained the Program I’am using., I was confused a little. When my Invoice was left on My door I noticed a Double Billing. The was a Charge for Grub Control, it was supposed to be Free per Brandon on initial Estimate. Notified me day before with approx time and was there next day exact time . Shut the gate after treating backyard so my dogs wouldn’t get out . I know this sounds ridiculous but believe me when I can tell you my gate has been left open many times and my dogs are out running the streets after treatments or yard work . Grass looks good

I wasn’t home but I found the bill I called to inquire about it I was told when you come back in 6 to 8 weeks I will owe another 59.00 I am NOT paying that much for every application I didn’t pay that with the company I have been using for 10 yrs and I quit them because the price jumped up but it still want any where near 59.00 per application I have a check in the mail for the amount on the bill but will not be wanting the service at that amount of money per each application I know when I received the phone call I was not t... read more
