I was a long time customer of Grahams LP service in Newark, NY. Homtowne Energy bought out Grahams about fours years ago, may longer, I can't really remember. I wasn't certain how I would feel with Hometowne Energy. Grahams was always there for me, even when I needed a new furnace that I couldn't afford. They worked with me all the way. Since I've been with Hometowne, I've noticed the same customer courtesy and satisfaction. I'm logged into there website and I can pay my bills directly to them, order fuel if needed and etc. ... read more
I have been a customer for a couple of years. Hometowne Energy has always been prompt and polite when you call and ask questions. We never have to worry about running out of propane.

I have dealt with Hometon Energy for many years. They are always prompt with any service concerns and it is always good to deal with local people and not someone at a call center on the other side of the country or the world for that matter. I have always been totally pleased with them.
