Whenever I call for a refill, I don’t have to wait long for someone to come out. Customer service is good when I call the office. Technicians are pleasant to interact with.

We have been doing business with Hometowne since 2014 after having used other propane suppliers and couldn't be more pleased. Their service is top notch and prices are always competitive. When hiccups have occurred, they have been promptly and fairly resolved. I always prefer doing business with local companies and they are a great example of why.

I was a long time customer of Grahams LP service in Newark, NY. Homtowne Energy bought out Grahams about fours years ago, may longer, I can't really remember. I wasn't certain how I would feel with Hometowne Energy. Grahams was always there for me, even when I needed a new furnace that I couldn't afford. They worked with me all the way. Since I've been with Hometowne, I've noticed the same customer courtesy and satisfaction.
