So friendly and honest. Great service I got from Mauro yesterday afternoon when I just showed up 7 minutes before closing to get a sofa for my daughterâs apartment. I knew what I was looking for and got a great deal. Everyone should go to Mauro as he is very efficient and knowledgeable regarding the furniture in stock and can pair it with your needs.Â
We enjoyed working with Summer from beginning to the time we placed our order. She was so knowledgeable about the maker of the sofa we wanted and was able to answer all our questions regarding specific details. We would always go back to her if we need to order more furniture. Also we would refer family and friends if asked. Home World is so lucky to have someone as capable and personable as Summer is working for them. It was an enjoyable experience.Â
Matt Pangelinan was very helpful, knowledgeable and did not pressure us at all. He gave us a lot of time and space to really feel out the Stressless chairs to be sure we liked it and felt very comfortable. Will definitely see Matt again when we are in need of furniture and will recommend him as well. EXCELLENT customer service , 10 STARS!!!Â
We purchased so many pieces from inspiration and then a friend of ours recommended homeworld. Upon entering we had the greatest pleasure to work with Luisa. Oh my goodness is women has so much patience. She also has some amazing selling techniques. I came in looking for one or two pieces and we ended up spending upwards to $15,000. Great furniture store with even greater customer service! Mauro Yumol was very patient with us and walked us back and forth looking for exactly what we liked. So friendly that I look forward to coming back for other purchases in the future. Large selection with a wide price range available. We even got a floor model coffee table for a discount! Extremely happy!Â
