Shane and his helper worked quick, efficient and took care of the problem. With their hi-tech professional tools, they analyze the cause of the blockage and offered several options to prevent future clogs. Shane s experience with my problem was evident and his explanation allowed me to understand exactly what the process would with every option you offered. I look forward to doing business with them in the future.
Shane and Andrew were both professional and explained everything they did, answered all our questions. If this happens again I would definitely want Shane and Andrew to fix it again.

The good: Homex had a plumber out here within 30 minutes. The plumber had my clog cleared within 30 minutes of arrival. He was friendly, courteous and professional. This was very impressive, especially since the previous plumber I called could not handle the job. The bad: The drain plug was damaged and now the sink wont hold water. The ugly: The plumber left a bowl of disgusting, stinking black sludge under my sink.
