The technician, Orlando, was very professional and personable. The evaluation and estimate was done on schedule and in a timely fashion. The quality of the work was excellent. The job site was left clean and tidy. I will use the company again for future jobs.
I have no problem with the customer service, the work performed or the professional demeanor of the service tech who arrived on time. The person who fixed the problem estimated the repair time at 20 minutes and he was correct. The charge was $145. The invoice did not list the cost of the part but based on my research, it cost less than $15. That's a rate of at least $375 per hour. That seems really high. I understand they have overhead but this still seems extreme.

Paul was a total PRO! Didn�t try to sell me on something unnecessary. He was prompt and showed up when scheduled, identified the problem and fixed it right away. Excellent price and excellent work. Definitely will call him again for any future plumbing needs.
They were super nice to my wife when I had to leave due to surgery.
Paul was honest and very professional. The cost was a bit pricey for what we needed but the service was good.
Had a new pop-up in bathroom installed. Minor problem with install and Juan resolved the problem and fixed another issue while here. I would recommend them for any plumbing repairs or installation. Price was very reasonable and will definitely use them in the future.
