Had a great experience finding the car that best fit my need (honda hrv) the only downside was that I had worked with a new salesman and encountered some miscommunication. Otherwise I was able to finance it at a great deal for my second car. Compared to other dealerships, honda city of Levittown, is worth the trip when your in search for your dream car.
Today I was in to have a recall repair completed. I was greeted with a smile and friendly attitude. It was explained that the repair would take at least 3 hours. I had a ride waiting for me but requested to be picked up when the repairs were complete. The driver was very well mannered and arrived promptly. I entend on having all of my service done at Honda City.
I had a great experience today with the Service Center. Greg was great. He met me at my car as soon as I pulled in, got me checked in quickly and advised me of routine maintenance that will be needed in the near future.
