The online service appointment system was easy to navigate and the follow up call and text were appreciated. The service center customer representative, Deon, was friendly and attentive. Overall happy with the experience of the service center. I don’t quite like that the Honda dealership always calls me about an upgrade to my vehicle because it’s 5 years old. It always happens when I drop off my vehicle.
