Honda is lucky to have Jaqueline and Stephen as employees. It was around 7:30am on a Saturday and Stephen had ALL this energy greeting me into the building. Then Jaqueline came to my door to help me with my car service. Jaqueline was welcoming and informative. She explained the process and directed me to the waiting area w charging stations. Later, Stephen asked if I wanted a complimentary quick car wash (which I accepted). A+++ for both.
