Sale was above average in professional approach. Sales man Mike Kim was excellent. No high pressure. Dealer extras about what other Honda deers add. BMW dealers do not add the items to jack up the price. One of the "already installed" was only have installed requiring a Due Bill. The dealership is over 100 miles away. Poor new vehicle preparation and inspection.
