I have been very happy taking my Civic which I lease to DTLA Honda for it's service check ups.I am berry comfortable waiting in the waiting area with the complimentary coffee. I am always told exactly what will be done to my car. Very quick and efficient. I only had A one time complaint over the not washing my car after the service work was done. I was told to bring my car back in at my convenience which I did and all was well. I am Happy Happy Happy with you guys. Thanks!!

The process was easy and simple. The people who helped me were very helpful. The only thing I would suggest are shorter wait times. If someone comes in for a oil change it shouldn't take 2 hours seems abit over kill.
