It’s was a great shopping experience. Everyone was very helpful with me, specially since it was my first time buying a car. The finance process was very fast and the finance manager Jonathan Castro was very helpful with everything. Definitely recommend this dealership to anyone. My car buying experience was AMAZING! all the staff were courteous and professional. Especially my car sales man Matt lemus! He was really kind and EXTREMELY helpful. This Honda dealership is being a HORRIBLE neighbor! Not only do they block a lane with a huge delivery truck every morning, now they are blocking ALL lanes that go straight or right. No permits or signs to do this and the delivery truck driver was aggressively yelling and throwing cones at drivers. NO business should have the right to block all public lanes and force drivers to unsafely move onto the left turn lane, especially when they have a street behind the dealership to use. I will be reporting this to the city.
Sales person and the manger, finance manager were great and did an amazing job. I bought my car at night time. When I got home the next day I notice the RIM on the passenger side was scratched. I bought a brand new 2024 Honda Accord and it upset me that the RIM was scratched! I contacted the dealership the next day and they promised to fix the issue and it’s been 19 days and I have not heard anything from them!! Still waiting to hear back! I will keep you all updated and see how long it takes them to fix this issue!
