RecommendedArrived around 1:30 with out appointment told me they were real busy would be about 21/2 hours only took 2 hours very helpful with my husband who in a wheelchair. My favorite salesman came right up to me & asked if I needed anything & how I liked my CRV? Love my CRV & the service I receive that is why I keep coming back to Honda Fort Myers & also grateful for my favorite salesman Bob Santarelli who I trust all the time with a purchase. RecommendedMy first time at Honda of Ft Myers for service work. Purchased CPO Vehicle at another dealership and Honda of Ft Myers honored my warranty plan from them. Made my appointment online and then got to meet my Service Adviser Ken Oatis. Great guy & very efficient, kept me informed the whole time and explained how everything at the dealership works. Walked me thru the payment window & escorted me to my freshly washed vehicle. Nice to know for future dealings.
