After a bad experience from Huggins Honda (Norm Reeves), I called Honda of FW. From my initial call to the final drive away, I was treated well. I called Huggins several times the last week of June. I was told multiple times that that someone would call me back. It is now 8/21 and no one has called me back still. At Honda of FW, Trent kept me informed about the part being on back order. When it arrived, he got me into the shop within an hour. He told me it might take two hours, but the car was finished in under an hour! I WI... read more

Pleased with the service, Manny does a great job! The diagnosis of catalytic converters both failing was not something I wanted to hear, but it comes with high mileage. Getting all the information including trade-in value, was very helpful in my decision making.
