I called to make an appointment with Manny to have my Civic's AC system checked. He made my appointment for the next day. Manny checked me in when I arrived. My Civic was diagnosed with a faulty relay. Manny told me what the charges would be. I told him to complete the job, which was done. I was on my way in a reasonable amount of time.
