Service was good but wait was too long at 2.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation.

I purchased a pre-owned 2018 Honda CR-V in June 2021 for my wife at a Chevy dealership. I've taken the CR-V to Honda of Ft Worth for 2 services. The place is very comfortable and spacious. Even has a kitchen for breakfast tacos, sandwiches with drinks and coffee. One never knows for sure if the services they pay for are done correctly or even done. Time should eventually tell me.
