I am writing to share my recent experience with Honda of Fort Worth, which, unfortunately, fell significantly short of expectations. Due to multiple concerns across the Sales, Service, and Finance departments, I cannot in good conscience recommend this dealership to others. Upon delivery, the vehicle had visible paint damage down to the primer behind the rear license plate; this is an issue that should have been identified and addressed during the pre-sale inspection. I had an awesome experience at Honda of Fort Worth! Thomas Rivas and Sean Willecke went above and beyond to help me through the whole process and made sure I got into the right car for me. Everyone was friendly, professional, and patient in answering my questions. They made the experience stress-free and enjoyable. I’m truly grateful for the effort they put in to make this happen. Alexander Ho made buying a car A tolerable experience. My husband and I had already visited three different dealerships before going to Fort Worth HONDA. Once reaching out to Alexander in regards to a car, Alexander took a video of a car and sent it to me during the week to let me know that he had my car on the lot. Very nice salespeople here at this location. I came here only thinking about buying a new vehicle but after the great service and fair trad in value I ended up buying a vehicle. My salesman was so so nice and fun to be around. He made the whole experience smooth and stayed with me through the entire process. Be very careful and don't get too excited when signing documents that you miss something because while you're signing docs you need to read everything carefully!
This was our first experience at this particular dealership. It was great! Quick, friendly, transparent. That accompanied with my all time favorite sales person Nume.
