RecommendedI brought my CR-V to Honda at the end of June for a recall. Darrin was my service advisor. He is exceptional! He is so kind and thoughtful he took really good care of me. The recall was unable to be repaired. Darrin made sure I was taken care of. He spoke to the manager Jake and they put me in a rental car. I had issues with the rental company and Jake handled each and every one for me with urgency! I was in a rental for over 5 months!
