I think these folks are the real deal, as their name suggests; Honest-1 Car Care! I called them yesterday to see when they could get my 09 Pilot in to check the alignment. Well they got me the same day! Not only did I get in right away, in my opinion, they went above and beyond in the service provided. I went in for the alignment check but hit more as they did a complete inspection on the front end of my vehicle! I didn’t ask, they said that’s how they go about their business. How great is THAT? They explained to me what needed to be done right away in terms I could understand. Their lobby and repair areas were tidy and clean. Very polite staff.
I went in to have a skid plate reattached and had the best experience at an auto shop! The employees were in good spirits and clearly loved their jobs -which immediately put me at ease-, were courteous, and got me on my way quickly. They even pointed out during my last oil change at another vendor, not all parts were correctly replaced. Honest 1 of Maple Grove set me up so I was safe to drive until I could get my next oil change. These guys truly live up to their company name, a true 5-Star experience.
This is an amazing auto repair shop! They are awesome to work with and never have any hidden surprises! They do great work and are awesome!
