January 2025 I spoke to Jed, he came out for estimate & sales pitch. He was over $10k above all my other estimates. I asked if they would provide the gutter system for that price & they agreed. I agreed thinking I would have a professional job done for that price. It was the first job of the year as it had snowed & they told me the workers needed to work although the roof was covered in snow. They shoveled the snow off & started working. The head of the roofing crew sat in his car with it running and slept for several days while the roof was put on by his workers. After two weeks the company has yet to pick up the huge pile of left over material in the front yard. Horrible company!

Took awhile to get the roof put on. What they schedule with you and when they actually show up is 90% never correct. From putting on the roof, the gutters, the fixing of the gutters to the skylight repairing is never what they schedule. And trying to get ahold of someone and getting them to get back with you is a joke. Even if they are a manager. I should've got someone local who actually cares about quality of work and cares about the customer. Very disappointed in this company. This company need to be better organized. Had... read more
