Will was quick to respond. He was detailed and thorough in reviewing how we had been hacked. He made a number of suggestions that we implemented in our home, and was patient with our lack of computer savvy. I would use him again and recommend him
I needed help setting up a WiFi extender. He responded really quickly to my message, and I was able to set up a date that week. He arrived about 5 mins early. He even checked in a week later to make sure that everything was still working smoothly. I loved that!
