We've been members of ATL for many years, the staff is great and always very helpful.
Make it convenient to renew the Premier Vacation and Christmas savings accounts by providing an online form. The process of having to e-mail a renewal form, sign and scan and re-email as well as initiating getting the form (pre-filled with the pertinent information) either by e-mail or calling and leaving a message to get a return call is a little more than cumbersome. My last effort involved numerous e-mails and calls, which I felt was a bit excessive.
I've been a member for over 10 years and never had a bad experience. I've recently moved out of the state but was able to continue using this credit union because of their awesome app and amazing customer service.

I have a good and very successful relationship with ATL. When I couldn't get a loan from other institutions. ATL gave me that opportunity to build my credit up and receive loans. I have taken out several loans. I also enjoy banking with ATL and the no fee checking too. I have opened four additional accounts for my children and grandson too. I have been with ATL for over 20 years( since they were located of Division St. North of 28th St.).
