The teck did a very good job. I was somewhat disappointed with the infection control techniques during the oral exam. After washing his hands and putting on gloves, the doc touched many surfaces (adjusted tray, seat, headlamp) and then stuck his fingers in my mouth. Infection control needs review.

I was very pleased with my appointment today and the professionalism of the whole office from check in to the end of my appointment. The clinic staff is so nice & I was very comfortable during my visit as well, Dr. Payne answered any questions I had & explained everything in detail & his assistant was amazing, very careful & detailed, so proud to call Hood River Dental my to go place for any of my dental care needs.
