waitress Bella was nice but too busy dancing and laughing with some guy at the bar. initially thought he was a Manger but found out he wasn't. she ignored her tables not just mine and forgot drinks twice. hardly checked on us and we had empty glasses. no Manager was seen either. someone should be watching and supervising. horrible
Not recommended for families or business gatherings. Unruly drunk patrons take over in the late night with full consent by management.
I will never want to go to a place with this kind of service and the racial profiling they have going on bad for business
When you have servers who profile patrons on their ability to pay their bill, most likely on the recommendation of the manager, that’s not a business that’s destined to be successful for long
I called and ordered wings over the phone and went and picked them up yesterday. When I got to my location I realized they had not put the spicy garlic sauce on the first 25 or the buffalo sauce on the other 25. I was bummed but I called and spoke to the manager Mike and he assured me not a problem to come back the next day and he would take care of it. The bacon on my burger was ice cold. My wonderful waitress took it back to be fixed the bacon was now stuffed into the middle of the burger with the knife holding it in place. It was also now covered in even more cheese that was not melted. Upon further inspection, my bacon had gone from two pieces to one and it was grey in color. Went for the Tuesday wing day (buy 10 get 10 free). They are a lot better now than a year ago. Wings seems to be consistent size and they split the flappers and drums equally. Taste-wise, Hooters hot and spicy does have a kick.
We stopped in just for beers. The prices were nice, however the bar top was very dirty. There was a layer of dust/crumbs and it was super sticky. We'd go again for drinks.
