I recently bought a 2024 Toyota Corolla at Hoover Toyota and it was so easy! The sales team especially David Riggleman and Brandon Piper were excellent. They were very knowledgeable about the vehicle and all its safety features and helpful during the process! They also got me a great interest rate and a good deal on the car. Daughter bought a used Highlander. The experience was less than desired. Had used vehicle serviced as agreed upon. Once received back, apparently a recall on heated seats we where unaware of at the time of purchase and never made aware of. Heated seats where disabled when vehicle was brought back for service as agreed upon during the purchase. Hoover Toyota did offer us another shop to take it for aftermarket heated seats at no cost. Amanda at Hoover Toyota was one of the most professional and courteous salespeople that I have had the pleasure of dealing with. I live 2.5 hours away and found a truck that caught my eye. The overall experience with Hoover Toyota has been excellent. Tyler worked with us from the start. He and the team at Hoover Toyota were able to find the vehicle we wanted that matched our specs and budget. They were even able to get it to us in less time than first quoted.
