Hope was great! I enjoyed the clarity she provided and her breadth of knowledge. Unfortunately, I felt that her colleague didn't represent her to the same level. She would send me outdated emails asking for information that was already sent. During this time, there's a lot being asked of us and it would be helpful if her emails reflected what was needed and not was provided.
