Everyone at Horizon communicates well with each other & are pleasant to work with! I especially enjoyed PT w/Jimmy, Ryan & Angi. Good senses of humor during difficult times for me! I specifically asked for them again for my knee revision. Highly recommend!!

I had in home physical therapy for 2 weeks after total knee surgery. I was shown the perfect exercises to advance to full recovery! I would very much recommend them to anyone needing in home care.

I chose Horizon Hospice because I had good experiences with Horizon Home Health care. I’m glad I did. Denice is a terrific nurse. She took wonderful care of my spouse. She is honest, helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. Angie assisted in bathing. She is kind, gentle, and funny too. The on-call weekend nurses, Trinda and Vanessa were especially helpful in my spouses last hours. All the office staff and caregivers acted professionally at all times and I am grateful to them.

We have had the need for Hospice previously for both of our parents and found them to be a very beneficial service at a very crucial time in our familes lives. However Horizon Home Health is clearly several levels above. My brother had Lews Body Dementia, it is a very agressive dementia accompanied with sever paranoia. Renee and Rebecca were so kind, professional and personalas they worked with my brother to make him comfortable and feel safe. They became like family to us all. The care he recieved was outstanding.
